Create Labels

Create professional looking address labels using Word 2007. You can print to just one label on a sheet, or create a sheet of labels containing the same address details.

Create Labels

  1. Click the Mailings tab on the Ribbon
  2. Click the Labels button in the Create group
  3. Create labels in Word 2007

  4. Enter the address you want to use on the labels in the Address box
  5. Select the Full page of the same label or Single label option
  6. If you select single label, enter the Row and Column number of the label you want to print on

  7. Click the Options button
  8. Specify the labels that you are using

  9. Select the label you are using from the Label vendors drop list and then from the Product number list
  10. If the label you are using is not listed, click the New Label button and specify the dimensions of the labels on the sheet

  11. Click Ok
  12. Click the Print button to print the labels. Don't forget to load the labels sheet into the correct tray of the printer first
  13. Or

    Click the New Document button to create a new document of the labels. This document can be saved for further use in the future, and also allows you to format the labels
