Create an Office Theme

All changes to the master slide, such as text formatting and adding the company logo, can be saved and then used again in other presentations that you create.

  1. Click the Office button and then click Save As or press F12
  2. Type a name for the new theme in the File name: box
  3. Select Office Theme from the Save as type: drop down list
  4. Saving the master as a theme

  5. The Save in: box will switch to the Document Themes folder where PowerPoint's Office Themes are stored
  6. Click Save

The theme is saved and can now be used when creating new presentations, or applied to existing presentations from the Theme gallery on the Design tab.
