New Presentation Using a Theme

Using a theme adds all the design elements to a slide including colour schemes, fonts and effects so that you can focus on creating great content.

  1. Click the Office Button and then New
  2. The New Presentation dialogue box is displayed

  3. Click Installed Themes on the left
  4. New presentation themes

  5. Select the theme you want to use
  6. Click the Create button
  7. The theme is applied to the first slide of the presentation, the Title slide, and will be used by all new slides introduced to the presentation
