Create a Chart
Charts can be inserted into your PowerPoint presentations for a graphical representation of data.
PowerPoint 2003 uses an application called Microsoft Graph allowing a chart to be created and edited directly within PowerPoint.
There are several ways of creating a chart:
- Double click the Chart placeholder on the Chart slide layout
- Click the Chart icon on one of the Content or Text and Content layouts
- Click the Insert Chart button on the Standard Toolbar
- Click Insert > Chart from the menu bar
On using either option, Microsoft Graph is started
