Create a Design Template

All changes to the master slide, such as text formatting and adding the company logo, can be saved and then used again in other presentations that you create.

  1. Click File > Save As or press F12
  2. Type a name for the new design template in the File name: box
  3. Select Design Template from the Save as type: drop down box
  4. Save as Design Template

  5. The Save in: box will switch to the Templates folder where PowerPoint's Design Templates are stored
  6. Click Save

The template is saved and can now be used when creating new presentations, or applied to existing presentations.
