Set the Print Area

The entire contents of a worksheet are printed by default, but it is possible to specify an area of a worksheet to print.

To set the print area:

1. Select the range of the worksheet you would like to print
2. Click the Print Area button from the Page Setup group on the Page Layout tab



3. Select Set Print Area from the list

Clear the print area

To clear the print area

1. Click the Print Area button from the Page Setup group on the Page Layout tab
2. Select Clear Print Area from the list
