Set the Print Area

The entire contents of a worksheet are printed by default, but it is possible to specify an area of a worksheet to print.

To set the print area:

1. Select the range of the worksheet you would like to print
2. Click File > Print Area > Set Print Area

The print area can also be set from the Sheet tab of the Page Setup dialogue box. Click inside the Print Area field and select the range on the worksheet to print.

Clear the print area

To clear the print area, click File > Print Area > Clear Print Area
